All of us experience ‘things’ to some degree… ghosts; deceased loved ones; the thoughts or feelings of others. Some people call this their imagination. Others know or sense it’s more. In spirit & energy work, I can confirm what you are dealing with – human and/or other beings, and/or other dynamics. I tune in to get guidance on what you need specifically and help you understand what’s going on; whether it’s real, yours or not; how to process it; and how to live with this intuitive skill in balance.

Dealing with Ghosts
Ghosts and other beings can surprise, delight, inform or scare. They visit to resolve issues and give or get help. Any session can include spirit work. I help you confirm talk with deceased loved ones and/or pets, and make sense of what is happening.
Communicating with the Deceased
We can communicate with loved ones to say hi, explore things or get messages. In these sessions, I liaise with those who have passed over to help you get closure, learn and/or heal.
Dealing with the Dying
Some people receive messages about others passing. This can be distressing until we understand it why they come. I can tune in to find out what’s happening and what it means for you moving forward.
Spirit/ Energetic clearing
Energies can visit without invitation. Clearings help release them. Sometimes, this involves exploring why a spirit visits and guiding them to white light.
Helping Spirit Move On
Not all souls pass over completely. Some get lost and hang about. This can be because they’re not sure about leaving the parts of reality they’ve known. Here, they tend to seek the attention of energetically-sensitive people. I can work with spirit and explain why it is there.
Entrapments
It’s possible to attract “negative” energies when we overdo things. Entrapments can present as ever-changing opinions, hearing voices or not feeling “the same”. I can help you rebalance and clear energies like these.
Other Energies
The world of energy contains all sorts of entities – star shapes, cartoon characters, animals, aliens, more. I can work with you to clear things like this and understand why (as in spiritually) it’s going on.
